About

For the past 27 years, I have explored the creative possibilities of a single sheet of paper.

My work combines freeform design, sculptural origami, color, and presentation to create original artworks that exist somewhere between contemporary sculpture and traditional origami.

Unlike traditional origami, which often follows predetermined instructions, each piece begins as an improvisation. Through a process of folding, reflection, and refinement, new forms gradually emerge.

Every artwork is designed and folded from a single uncut sheet of paper, then finished by hand and presented within a custom frame. The crease pattern surrounding each sculpture is the underlying blueprint from which the artwork originated.

The Fold • Color • Create series explores transformation through process. A flat sheet becomes form, form becomes color, and color becomes artwork.

Today I continue developing an ongoing collection of one hundred original works, each representing a step in a lifelong exploration of creativity, design, and possibility.
