Artwork 23/100
Series
FOLD • COLOR • CREATE
A two-year study of sculptural origami, color, and composition, comprising 100 original framed artworks.
The mask sits among unrealized versions of itself. The same crease pattern is printed repeatedly across the backing paper. One copy is cut from the center and folded into a three-dimensional sculpture, while the surrounding patterns remain flat.
The work begins with recycled Kraft paper, an everyday material transformed through folding and color into a presence of its own.
